3. Bridge Financing

We can bridge purchase where there is no sale

1st on the purchase property - 2nd on the selling property
We can bridge 100% of purchase price provided overall equity is below 75% - though we like to see the buyer with some "skin in the game."

4. Bespoke Mortgage

These are the customized deals.
Blankets, commercial properties, rentals - deals where we need to understand what is happening and what the exit strategy is.
75% LTV max over all properties.
For example: One mortgage over 3 multi residential properties, one commercial plus the principal residence in order to take out equity for a business.
